SOUTH BEND, IN (1-13-26) — Miami used balanced scoring and strong second-half execution to pull away for an 82–69 road win over Notre Dame Tuesday night at Purcell Pavilion.
The Hurricanes were led by Malik Reneau (#5), who finished with 17 points and 10 rebounds, while Shelton Henderson (#7) added 17 points on efficient shooting. Tre Donaldson (#3) paced Miami with a game-high 23 points and five assists, consistently attacking the basket and controlling the tempo. Tru Washington (#10) contributed nine points, and Ernest Udeh Jr. (#8) provided interior defense in limited minutes.
Off the bench, Dante Allen (#34) delivered a key spark, scoring 11 points, including two three-pointers, as Miami shot 50 percent from the field and forced 18 Notre Dame turnovers.
Notre Dame was led by Jalen Haralson (#10) with 18 points, while Sir Mohammed (#13) added 15 points off the bench. The Fighting Irish shot 47 percent from the field but struggled to maintain momentum due to turnovers and late-game execution issues.
Miami’s depth and poise down the stretch sealed the Hurricanes’ 82–69 ACC road victory. The Hurricanes improve to 15-2 (4-0 conference), while the Irish fall to 10-7 (1-3 conference).
