EAST LANSING, MI (2-18-26)— No. 18 Michigan State delivered a Senior Day performance worthy of celebration, rolling past Northwestern 104-68 before honoring its senior class in a postgame ceremony at the Breslin Center.

With the win, the Spartans improve to 21-6 overall and 10-6 in Big Ten play, while the Wildcats fall to 8-18 overall and 2-13 in conference.

Michigan State led by as many as 36 points and controlled nearly every statistical category in a complete team effort. Five Spartans scored in double figures, led by senior Grace VanSlooten (#14) with 22 points on 10-of-17 shooting, adding seven rebounds and four assists.

Kennedy Blair (#35) followed with 17 points and a game-high 10 assists, while Jalyn Brown (#23) added 15 points and five assists. Off the bench, Marah Dykstra (#32) scored 14 points, knocking down three triples, and Sara Sambolic (#9) contributed 13 points and six assists.

MSU shot 53% from the field (39-of-74) and 50% from three-point range (13-of-26), while committing just five turnovers. The Spartans turned Northwestern’s 17 turnovers into 22 points and tallied 29 assists on 39 made baskets. Michigan State also dominated inside with 50 points in the paint and forced 13 steals.

Northwestern was paced by Grace Sullivan (#22), who scored a game-high 23 points. Casey Harter (#12) added 14 points, while Caroline Lau (#7) finished with nine points and a game-high 10 assists. Despite shooting 52% from the field, the Wildcats struggled from the free-throw line (8-of-14) and were unable to slow MSU’s offensive rhythm.
